p.s. The main reason I'm going for the Kobo is (or was going to be) that rubbery argyle which even looked like some textile or leathery material at first glance, it reminded me of old quality book hardcovers.
Now I'm just confused again, might even go for the previous model, despite all these new fancy specs (which I really like btw).
So yeah, design does really matter in these devices.

Why does the Aura HD not have page turn buttons

I like the new design.
Although for a reading experience I liked the smaller argyle texture with the rubbery grip in the old kobos way better.
Glossy doesn't always have to be classy, I think.

I agree with Dejan, I don't really get the, "folded paper-like back thing" I've been a Kobo fan right from the start & always loved the quilted rubber backing. It was their signature. I also don't like the coloured power button, I have the Ivory one & the random splotch of orange looks weird. Despite these complaints, it is BY FAR the greatest eReader I own. (I own the NOOK Glowlight, Kindle Paperwhite, & all Kobo eReaders)

I love my kobo glo. Only just bought it so won't be buying the aura. Kobo has not been out as long as the kindle has but I think it will be making a name for itself. The glo is well made plus you can do so much more with it than the kindle. I regularly download books from my library. Plus other ebooks. With the kindle you are tied to the amazon store.

So if you really care about the users, listen to us. The Kobo really needs a better way to organize books. We need a way to create 'sub' shelves. Thanks!
