I have a poor combination of hyper elastic tendons and a bone defect that make knees a special kind of easily dislocated. 1) I was playing poor mans volley ball when the ball flew past me and I turned on a dim, instant dislocation, 2) was when I was running down a hallway like Jack Sparrow and my knee mutinied. Only upside is that they go back in place just as easy as they pop out, case and point being the first dislocation including me popping it back in only for it to pop out again as I tried to get up.
