Location: 6800 Block of Sierra Avenue, Jurupa Valley
On Saturday, December 31st, firefighters received reports of a traffic collision in the 6800 block of Sierra Avenue in the city of Jurupa Valley. The first engine company reported four vehicles involved with an unknown number of patients. Upon further investigation, 12 total patients were accounted for, declaring the scene a multi-casualty incident. 10 of the patients were transported to local hospitals with varying degrees of injuries, while the remaining 2 patients declined transportation.
