10 years ago, I tried applying for cabin crew here in my country both local and foreign (Gulf Air) on the same day. I both didn't pass the first step, which is the physical exam. For the local airline, they pointed out that I have stretchmarks behind my knee and my teeth weren't perfectly aligned. As for Gulf Air, they said the stretchmarks are okay because it will be covered by the stockings but the small birthmark in my right arm is a no. Never felt so insecure my whole life. What an experience 🥺🙄
