You did well. Thanks! But one thing: ausculatate bowel sounds before palpation otherwise you’re irritating bowel motions.

I love this. Especially how the physician explains everything along the way

Is palpation of abdomen comes first before percussion and auscatations or it comes at last so that bowel sounds should not be disturbed

Out of curiosity, I wonder:
— What about similar observances when person is standing?
— Or if cancer pulls and creates creases?
— Or, while patient goes to stand up listen to hear if movement down through bowels?
— Or of trying to sit or get up causes pain anywhere?

— — Why? In order to include notes for possible internal pinches or creases caused by cancerous growth or other blockage that are less evident when patient is prone. After all people often stand or sit for the majority of their day.
