Don’t mess with the American dream... There’s a reason people go through barbed wire to get here, and we can’t afford policies that drive them out. These Soviet-style price controls and misguided housing plans won’t work. We’ve seen this story before. It ends in inflation, shortages, and economic pain. And raising capital gains tax? That’s a surefire way to make America uncompetitive. We need to support American entrepreneurship, not punish it. The No. 1 export of this country is the American dream, let’s keep it that way.
