Yu-Gi-Oh! 1999 EX Starter Box Yugi and Kaiba Opening!

Opening the first starter decks in the OCG! The product was not sealed, but everything was included and in mint conditions :-)

What people don’t realize is that the game in Japan (along with the manga and anime) is mainly marketed towards young teen audiences.
For starters the OCG packs from 1999 to the now current packs (excluding Rush Duels) all say: “対象年齢12才以上”
(Translation: “Target age 12 years and older”)
Which implies it’s for young teens or older. Which is in major contrast to the TCG.
(Look closely in the video when he turns the box to the back side it says it on the right hand side. If you can’t see it. then look up other OCG pack or box opening videos. Or Ebay. Ebay is better.)
Let’s not forget the series is a Shonen. And Shonen manga and anime mainly target young teenage boys between 12 and 18. Even Hiroyuki Nakano chief editor of Weekly Shonen Jump even stated this.
