I have a network for the equipment and another network for the users. Between the networks there is a firewall.

I need to know which TCP/IP ports should be allowed on the firewall between the Mixer and the mobile application.

We are having a problem with the computer being able to connect to the X18 but when we start using the iPads they disconnect frequently and are unreliable. I try to restart and connect again and it is not avialable - we have a worship service tonight for Christmas Eve and can't seem to make it connect. Any ideas or troubleshooting?

Im f with that. Ive tried so much but it doesnt connect. Reset, turn off and on again and again but… nothing. Whats probably going on? My iPhone and iPad wifi doesnt connect with the XR18 access point.

Thanks for this helpful video. Is it possible to to connect the XR18 to an iPad via usb cable and use the XR18 as the soundcard on the ipad? We want to live stream to Facebook using the ipad for video and the XR18 for audio. Thanks again.
