We tried to put our final render pass through this morning but the whole system went down. It's now 12 hours on and its still not working! All the support said was try again in 30 mins, Ive called 11 times and emailed 3 times from 3 accounts! What is going on? I have lost my best client and I am now $20, 000.00 out of pocket! This is unacceptable? How does the 'largest render farm' in the world go down for over a day! What am I paying thousands of dollars for!
