Is There Really an Oscars Selfie Curse?

Ten years ago, Oscars host Ellen DeGeneres corralled Hollywood's biggest names for a selfie. Now, the New York Post is exploring the lives of the stars depicted in the photo. DeGeneres’ talk show went under after an explosive article accused her of covering up a "toxic work culture.” Kevin Spacey's career went up in smoke over allegations of sexual misconduct that he denies. However, some stars have avoided the so-called “Oscars selfie curse.”

the different problems of these celebrities aren't similar. Someone being accused of assaulting people and another not being in as many movies aren't comparable. It would be weird if everyone in the picture had the same thing happen to them, but with this guy's logic you could say any picture is cursed because you just start listing all the difficult things each person in the picture has gone through.
