I have a Perry near Medina County that is on a slope, I had two home inspections. The second inspector pointed out the sloping issue. Perry assured me that the foundation would not be an issue and that it is solid. I am concerned since my backyard is at a sloping angle. Prop taxes in Texas are insane. But the lender needs to estimate the prop taxes correctly. Better to over pay than have a shortage. My house assessed at 307 and have a 10800k tax bill lol. Thank god I’m tax exempt or else that would be bank breaking
