For anyone who doesn't see why you need Blender 2.70 when Blender 3.50 is out and infinitly better/easier to use, you actually CAN use 3.50 or any version you want to MODEL the object, you simply need to have 2.70 installed and have it set as your path in Sims 4 Studio so that you can 1. Export the meshes from S4S to use as reference (because S4S will ONLY export the mesh to work on if you have Blender 2.70 installed and set as your Blender path in S4S), 2. Import the finished object into 2.70 to save it as a 2.70 .blend file even though you made and exported the object from (let's say) Blender 3.50

Your tutorials are the best out there. You put it into simple terms, which makes it sooo much easier.

This is honestly the best CC tutorial there is for Sims. I could not find anyone else showing how to make furniture or anything other than clothes, and I'm brand new to this so I had no idea where to begin. Now I just made my first table using your tutorial and I love it! Please make more tutorials!!!

I’m not sure why I love watching these tutorials even though I already know everything you mention. Either way they’re really great and I wish I would’ve found your tutorials when I started creating cc

This is the most useful and easy to follow tutorial I’ve come across!! Thank you so much for posting! I’m a maya native, so not only did you teach me how to make CC, you gave me my first ever blender lesson too!! :)

When making the base of the table, you could of just added a Solidify Modifier to it to increase it's thickness. Then apply the modifier and you've got your base. It's much quicker and the walls keep an even thickness.

I’m very new to all of this, and this is the first tutorial that didn’t go too fast, and made sense with the way my brain works. Thank you! Now I’m actually off to a start.

Omg man! You just solved my biggest problem that I was trying to find solution to. Weird shadows in the corners because the edges are not split. I love you 😁

Thank you so much for this tutorial! After following it (with lots of pausing and rewinding), I was able to successfully recreate this table. This was the first time I've worked in Blender, and I'm looking forward to working with it some more to try and create something of my own! 😃

This stuff in general is pretty difficult when you’re not used to it but I managed to make my own table, albeit I did add some of my own creative flair in the process. Thank you very much for this. In future can you do sit down style videos like this where you walk us through how to make more complicated objects? Thank you!

Something else I want to add, in my case the table wasn't updating at all, and after asking some other people, I found that you want to copy the cut numbers from the original table and apply it to the one you made as well. In my case they were blank and that's why the model wasn't updating in S4S

parts are being skipped it makes it hard to follow

Omg! Edge Split! I was having so much trouble with my models and lighting! I’ve been messing about think it was a texture problem, turns out I didn’t split the edges of my models! Thank you
