I recently purchased three FIBM devices and wanted to try them out right away. The connection between Device 1 and Device 2 worked perfectly. However, I was unable to add Device 3.

I then reset all three devices to factory settings and tried a different combination as Device 1 and 2. Again, this worked perfectly, but I still couldn’t add the third device. I went through all possible combinations. The same issue occurred every time: I successfully connected two devices, then pressed the A button on Device 2, but the light on Device 2 never started flashing red and blue. Instead, it just stayed blue. Meanwhile, the light on Device 3 flashed red and blue as expected. However, Device 2 never reacted as it should have.

My procedure was as follows:

1. Connect Devices 1 and 2 – this worked fine.

2. Press the A button on Device 2. I tried holding it for 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, even a full minute – I tried everything, but the light never started flashing red and blue.

I followed the instructions exactly, both in the manual and in the video. I tried it ten times, precisely as described.

Do you have a solution for this?
