I remember being in the friend zone with this girl I liked. She knew I wanted her, and I made my intentions clear (supported her in almost everything she did)but she still friend zoned me. It took a while for me to get over it, but once I did - things changed. I started talking to another female who I vibed with better on a more romantic level. I started becoming less & less available to the original girl I wanted. The new shorty & I shared similar goals and she found me attractive.

One day, I was out with the new girl and original girl saw us. Later that night, she texted me, “who’s that girl I saw you with today?” I downplayed it like “she’s just a friend I kick it with. We share some similar interests.” She replied, “oh so you don’t got time for me anymore?” I said, “well I figured I have better things to do and accomplish with my time - no more games, but I see you feel some type of way when I’m with someone else.”

Long story short, original girl showed up to my dorm room that night talking about “wassup”, dressed up all seductive. As good as she looked, I had to turn it down.

We all have been friend zoned at some point and when I have I head for the exit..True with what you say no matter how good looking a man might be he also is not everybody's cup of tea..but it goes both ways. Compatability can be tricky at times if you have to much in common with a partner they also can become jealous and envious. I think confidence is also subjective How many times has the story scenario of the guy or girl with the sweet good boy/girl next door image be a total animal in the bedroom.

I find the friendzone an invaluable tool to ward off women that I’m not attracted to. I use all of these techniques in a work or gym environment; and eventually, after several weeks(or months 😡) the stalker, I mean, she will eventually go away.

Here's a reason a lady gave me for putting me in the friendzone after I very early on made my romantic intentions clear: she was hung up on another guy she was hoping to date, but also liked me and didn't want to lose the opportunity to date me if it didn't work with the other hombre she was interested in. Also she only shared the reason with me 3 months later once she was in love with me but I had moved on, when I asked her why she friendzoned me when she had the opportunity to date me.
