Показать описание
A few of you asked how to do a paper fold-out animation just like in Ali Abdaal's shorts with ANY image you want. Well, today I answer that question with 3 different techniques!

🎵 Cinematic Sound Design - Paper Collection - A4 Paper Crumpling
🎵 Mechanical Wave - Paper - Map Unfolding
🎵 Mechanical Wave - Paper - Newspaper Turning Page
Just like you, I wanted to know how to achieve this stop motion paper fold-out animation using any graphic I wanted. And I actually found 3 different ways.
The first of which is to simply use a paid plugin, letting someone else do the work for you. More expensive, but easy.
The second method is to actually print out you image and take incremental photos folding it up. You then simply stagger the starting point of each photo in your editing software and boom! There you have it.
The final method is the coolest. It's free, will allow you to customize your paper wrinkle animation to anything you want and can even be used to unfold footage.
I hope you enjoyed! And be sure to let me know if you use any method discussed.
