If your wondering, he didn’t swallow his tongue. When someone is unconscious their muscles in there tongue relax and the tongue can retract farther back into the mouth, this can block the airways and cause them to not be able to breathe. His teammates pulled his tongue back letting him breath.

I felt really bad after seeing it so I am glad the help came and saved him and that the other team also helped him ❤ that is the help we need I this world like for real he could have died because of it because the tongue was blocking him from breathing
