A trained meditation and mindfulness practitioner, our very own Sita Brand will lead us through the ultimate relaxation technique to relieve stress in your body. Shifting your awareness through each muscle in the body, from the tips of your toes to your calves, all the way to your fingers and all the way up to your neck and shoulders, you’ll identify and loosen the hidden tension in your body after a long day.

This Yoga Nidra practice is designed to aid sleep and is best practised while resting comfortably on your bed. Don’t be surprised if you doze off before you finish the practice.
