Guy on the top looks different then the guy on the bottom. Different clothes, tattoos, shoes.. i think these spot the differences are getting to easy for this generation no wonder the phones are smarter then our kids.... cheers Jonathan

What would be nice as an amateur looking to improve, is having a pinned comment telling me what to look for rather than having to guess which comment is correct. 🤷‍♂️

Proctor’s back leg is way more bent during the pull through

PROctor maintains his balance after (Jonathan’s weight is shifted forward)

Proctor kicks his left leg up after the throw, meaning that he is really engaging his hips and legs.

Jonathan’s form has gotten pretty good though.

Proctor is staying loaded longer and loads deeper into the crush pocket. This is why good shots look like they have more latency, but it is all about delaying the crush in that pocket until everything comes together with more explosiveness at the end.

I think Proctor might have that nose angle bit lower than you do 🤷
Shoulder rotating too soon makes elbow dip and makes you pull disc right of line or makes it more noseup.
But what I do know.. also am 🥴😂

Interesting that Proctor's plant foot is pointed much further backward than Jonathan's.
