The US democracy is totally defective as it is widely influenced by the Lobby System, NGOs, armament lobby, corporate honchos like Elon Musk, Media Moguls & motivated think tanks which only give US Congresspersons exalted & arrogant importance about themselves rather than the true picture. No wonder, following collapse of USSR in 1991, the US failed miserably to successfully lead the world as the sole surviving super power even for one decade. Its interventions faced spectacular failures in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, South China Sea & Ukraine won't be different while economically it slipped under the clutches of Communist China.
Elon Musk must look at US Election which had no credibility. Declaration by US election authorities that voting irregularity were of no consequence as to alter election results added fuel to the fire & attack on the Capitol was the logical outcome of that. That 197 Republican Congressmen, an overwhelming majority voted against the Impeachment motion against Trump & 147 Republican members of the House voted against certifying the election result even after attack on the Capitol shows genuine feeling about the neutrality of the elections. The US has to streamline its electoral process, take help of the Election Commission of India, institute Indian EVMs to restore credibility of its democracy.
Moreover, permanent blocking of incumbent President Trump who won 49.5% popular vote by modern Mughals of US High Tech Media reflected poorly on the US democracy which touts freedom of information & expression. US is a failing democracy & needs major overhaul.

Calculator and Tostar are different things, they are not manipulated by human every day. While EVMs are manipulated, add and remove candidates names and programs can be changed just entering a small micro-chip, pen-drive or attaching to computer ether by wireless or by wire or by wifi.

Ballot unit - VVPAT - Control Unit.

But it should be:
Ballot unit - Control Unit - VVPAT
like a computer:
Keyboard - CPU - monitor

Please make atleast this change.
