just add discord support or something its really hard to talk to friends when not BOTH of you have an oculus the only workaround i found is a bluethooth headset :(

I love it. So glad I have 3 hours worth of tutorial videos to watch, because my quest is not going to arrive tomorrow! I haven't even got a shipping notice yet. My credit cards been charged and I have an invoice, but no information about the delivery.

me and my son were playing I could hear everybody but him he had to do thi go into setting, see all go to, applications then select the game you want to play go to mic turn mic and storage on! hope this helps as it defo worked for us!

When my friend joins he can’t hear me and we can’t hear him?

When I tried this the other day my friends could hear me but I couldn't head them. We could hear each other just fine in VR Chat, but using oculus parties I couldn't hear them.

How about for Onward or Rec Room? I am forced to use Game Chat and its really annoying to find information that puts "Oculus Private Chat / Call" as Priority over Game Chat.

imagine if we could use discord in the background while in standalone mode how great it would be

you know that works perfectly before we open some game
in our situation when we open onward nobody hears anyone

I can't use voice chat while playing for example rec room. is there sth in the settings to change ?

my oculus quest mic doesn't pick up my voice unless i talk really loud help?

The voice from the micro is to low, no options for turnup the sound

I'm having trouble getting the party chat to work consistently. It seems like you have to link up at the home screen to avoid being thrown in game chat. And even when you do get it to work, you'll still randomly get tossed into game chat.
