Oven Baked Seabass in 15 minutes | Easy Quick Recipe | White Fish Recipe |

I have made a video on this beautiful oven baked sea bass!

I purchase frozen seabass fillets from Costco, as they are the best I've come across and its always something I have on hand as they defrost quickly and this meal takes only 15 minutes to cook.

You literally only need a few ingredients and definitely something you can play around with flavours! However, I cook my sea bass just like this every time and it is just melt in your mouth gorgeousness!

Ingredients:
Seabass Fillets ( I used 3)
4 Cloves of Garlic
3 Tablespoons Butter
2 Spring Onions chopped in half
Salt
Pepper
Old Bay Seasoning
Adobo Seasoning (If you dont have this, all purpose is fine)
Parsley - Fresh or Dried works fine.

That is a huge oven it actually allows you to sit inside of it while you maneuver the pan I hope you didn't get burned by the oven walls
