How to MAKE a MAP WALL in Minecraft 100% Guide (New Method!)

Do you want to know how to make your first 3 x 3 map wall that you can replicate to larger and bigger map walls!? The basics of making a map wall in minecraft is by creating a wall. Then placing an item frame on the wall. The material for the wall, doesn't matter. Now place the item frames on the wall and cover all the blocks. Then place 9 empty map locators into your inventory and on your hotbar. Then generate a map, place the first map in the center piece on the map wall. Then go up one map piece and then down one map piece from the original map. Replicate this for the left and right sides of the map wall. You can easily do this on the PS4, PS5, Xbox, PC, Switch, Pocket Edition.

Use a cartography table to change the zoom of the map if you want the map to show more without having to take up more space. You can also name banners and they will show up on the map as points. The point even includes the name you put in. So you could name banners to mark your spawners, portals, bases, villages, and any other point of interest to you. It will then show on said map.

Do this maps refresh automatically or do I have to make new maps as my world changes? Like, if I build new stuff after I put the map board, will it show?
