Traxxas Summit 1/10 Bashing - RIP TRX4 Crawlers!!!

Have you ever seen Traxxas Summit before? If your answer is YES. I bet you’ve never forgotten how it looks because this RC car is one of the most recognizable Traxxas RC cars.

But if your answer is NO, then I invite you to read this review. I’m afraid you’ll want to have one today before tomorrow!

If you notice its body, this RC car is a good-looking SUV car. Let alone the other TRX4 like the Defender, the Bronco, or the Mercedes 6×6. Well, they’re also recognizable with their special shape.

These RC cars are more like strong trucks. However, Traxxas Summit is more like a sporty strong monster truck.

Great demonstration of the Summit on different surfaces. I just bit on an 1/8 scale chassis and really didn't know anything about the Summit. It sure looks like a real performer. The only reason I placed the bid so blindly is that the guy had tons of new upgrades in bags and the overall roller looked spotless. $125 I sure hope I get it. 👍👍

If Traxxas made "hardened" steel spidergears i will be back with the Summit! My first Crawler was the Summit but it breaks 8 sets of spidergears (only the two not hardened) ! I also run the TRX4 Sport and man that was the best buy i ever take!

I've been considering this RC for a little bit, mostly because of the body but I'm learning how good it can trail bash with a few upgrades.
Still, it's the body/look of this truck that gets me.

Totally different class than a trx4 crawler 🤣. I love my summit but it's like 2 ft wide compared to a trx4. Maybe comparable on the trails.
