i like this car, its simple and reliable. a lot of people are saying "this car needs a redesign, the sonata just got one, and the optima" this design just came out in 2008, it needs at least 5 yrs to redesign a car, so stop the rush, dis is just a mild refresh. the accord is set up for a redesign by 2013. hopefully the nav gets updated like the new acura hondas vehicles, hard drive, push botton, keyless entry and Xnon lights

I think its pretty much a given that Toyota and Honda are on the top for quality and longevity. They don't needs sales talk to sell they sell themselves. The proof is in the pudding. 👍

I wish Honda would one day make a compact SOHC V12 engine that made 500hp and has a fuel economy rating of 30 mpg city and 35 mpg hwy and stick it in an Accord sedan or coupe that has a car weight of 3000 lbs.

I like our(me and my wife)09 accord ex-l v6, and iv own Honda's sens 1994, they are good quality vehicle, s but they need to step up there game (up date the powertrain) if they wanna keep up with the competition(on a serious note) Hyundai/KIA will give you more for your money, BUT!!! they cant touch the the resale value of any trim accord, so that will hart you at resale on the competitors.

Only the 4cyl Accord in the manual transmission was on C&Ds top ten list, not the V6.
They hate the V6 actually. (Well not hate actually, but prefer the 4cyl)

Now anyone know what's a better driver? the 2012 Honda accord V6 or 2012 Toyota camry v6. I like the Toyota, but the hondas interior look looks more premium than the Toyota. The exterior of the Honda looks ok but I prefer toyotas design.

quick question. why is that everytime you mention the competitors, i only hear, Honda and Toyota and not Altima. no one does. its weird because the Altima, bsed on Consumer Reports was the top pick, but the Sonata took now the top spot, but why no one mention the Altima. is it not worth to mention? or what
