The First time I heard her sing this was a video from a Concert done in NYC. It was killer then, and it has aged like fine wine on her voice! I grew up on "The Wiz" and this song brings major nostalgia! The respect she has for the music she sings is so real!Keeping it 💯 No one wanted 2020 to be the train wreck it has been, BUT never has the World been slowed to where we are seeing and feeling things we have never felt before, and that includes the vocals and content this Woman is giving us left, right front and center. I have my brother's voice, 2 best friends voices and now, yours. Hearing them and you makes the stresses of the day, disappear, if only for a while. I can't talk to my brother as often as he lives, by car, 1300+ miles from me and is unwell. My friends can't talk as much as they have families who keep them busy. So, it's you I turn to, to ease my worried mind. I hear your incredible voice and it's soothing and comforting. And we, your fans, have 24/7 access to you here in YouTube. So we are the lucky ones. You see, I know there is frustration, fear, depression, anger and hatred felt all over our world. And I know you are aware of this as much as the rest of us. Ihave stated over and over, for the last three years, since i was lucky enough, too have stumbled across Morissette, one night here on Youtube, that in my honest opinion, she was and is the best female vocalist in the world, i followed all the great Divas, Whitney, Mariah, Celine, Streisand, all who truly deserved that coveted title, of superstardom, But with Morissette, she has the voice, and the talent, too actually take her place beside these great divas, in this generation, why she has not had world recognition yet, truly does baffles me indeed, as in my opinion, no one in the west or the rest of the world, comes anywhere near Morissette, as a live vocal artist.truly exceptional talent indeed, as well as beautiful hearted human being, as you can see by these recent live feeds from her home and the local park.

I think all of us who grew in the Eastern part of the globe have listened, idolized and learned so much from Western singers, particularly the American super divas and in their own right, they have all earned the title...Mariah, Whitney, Beyonce, Celine etc..I think it's high time that the world stage feature the best of the best of the East.If we are all to be honest, a lot Asian singers can easily outdo some of the big names in the U.S. I know that's a tall claim to make, but platforms like YT, IG, TikTok, etc have been a testament to that claim. No autotune, no studio recording and at times impromptu performances. Watch out for Asian singers slaying the world stage...it's time to show the world our talent. Music is universal after all.
