In today’s review, I take a look at the popular Hurricane! A max distance driver from DGA’s lineup!

I apologize in advance, when I filmed/edited this video I did not have a SP plastic Hurricane. I will try to get to a plastic breakdown video in the future! Compared to the Tour Series plastic, the SP is stiffer and definitely has more beef to it. Where the Tour Series has the lower resistance to initial turn, the SP does not. The SP will start straight and just hyzer out. Even thrown on a flex line it immediately straightens and gets to the ground.

I have a Shasta Tour Series Hurricane in my bag too (I call it the ShastaCane to save time because I’m very busy making comments on YT). I love it for giant spike hyzers, thumbers, and big headwind shots

I got a disc that says PL HR. I know it’s DGA disc but it has a tournament stamp and it says nothing else. Is this a hurricane?
