I had a v8 with my amd phenom II x2 dual core cpu... unclocked the 2 disabled cores of course. Those were the days.. remember core unlocking? :)

i think the most important part is that this style of branding does not confuse a single customer when it comes to understanding which is most powerful within the line. no black edition, no gtx version, just 4, 6, 8, 10 to indicate capacity etc.
