From my experience, what all image generation AI lacks at the moment for one to be able to make artistically meaningful stuff from start to finish is to be able to use a prompt to describe a general style or rule book to be used persistently across a series of images, that also uses character descriptions to create a set of persistent characters or other details such as locations, to be used whenever they are required and in any context. Generally, to have some persistency options between generations. For now, even using same style or other descriptors, images tend to come out unevenly, and with little consistency. Correct me if I'm wrong.

A Tip for anyone that uses LALAMU to create the facial animations if you export a cropped version of your video containing just the face you can maximize the resolution output and then just composite the new face over the original footage.

Amazing work ! I watched many videos about content creation with AI and you're the first I see talking about a very important thing when you want to do consistent videos : motion frame interpolation. I did not know the tool you showed in your video and it seems to be a must-have so thank you very much ! When I worked on talking heads generation many recent models stressed the importance to have dynamic temopral consistency and the tool you give allows to achieve that, it's great !

Ideally I would like to make an animatic with the main frames myself (for more artistic control over the scene) but use AI to handle the in-betweening, lip movements and maybe coloring. I am not sure if that's possible now. The closest I can think of are some Cacani fanctions. Ai seems a bit unreliable for now, but the progress in these last years has been insane.

This video is causing me to rethink my prospective in life. I am not living in the real world. I'm living in a dystopian novel about robots taking two of my carreer paths and leeaving me with my fall back job before i even had to fall back on it. IdgAF if it's impressive that ai can do this. It's turning my blood cold and my eyes teary just thinking that this, THIS is the inevitable future of art and animation. This soulesss, very impressive for ai I was expecting worse, but SOULESS animation. I am a firm beliver that we will always be ble to tell human from Ai. Although I don't want to offend the creator. They must have worked very hard to get the result they got. When I found "Pika" I immediatly went ahead and tried the same thing, I was so surprised with the quality. Honestly just a bit more refinment 1-2 years and were done it seems, impossible to tell the difference and I love it
