The only setting you shouldn't have on low is shadows, keep it on medium so you actually see peoples shadows and have an advantage!

I like screen shake, it helps to give an extra indication where explosions come from because according to my friends I'm deaf.

One thing that helped a lot with recoil control which genuinely surprised me was adjusting my screen size. I went from barely being able to control recoil to almost hitting all my shots. On the default setting I had pull my mouse down so much and I would still miss 50% of my bullet but when I changed it my accuracy increased significantly

side note for the dynamic range, it really depends on your audio setup.. been using night mode in my old one but once i change my headset i sticks to the hi-fi because it gives clearer steps and gunshots direction

A couple graphics settings I would go more in depth with, shadows should NEVER be turned to low, since it turns off player shadows, the higher you LOD setting, the more detail you'll keep at further ranges, and Ambient occlusion, Lens effects, and Zoom in depth of field all make it harder to see at the cost of performance, so they should always stay off.

Heres my sound tip :). I use Boom 3D, turn on surround sound. It amplifies the directional audio and makes footsteps a lot more noticeable.

For me, its a SEVERE difference, i can hear where someone is EXACTLY at in the next room. Highly recommend trying it, even if your headset has decent surround sound to begin with

I agree with everything but the Audio I use TV mode and it’s the perfect balance between night and hi-fi with a good headset
