The building needs to torn down before it collapses. Its 70 years old. Perhaps, the owners and city/state and relocate the residents to other housing in the nearby cities. Contact the department of housing in Indiana.

They know their dead ass wrong. Those tenants was telling them, and they were disregard their concerns. Shame on them.
