The latest CBS News Battleground Tracker shows Joe Biden leading President Trump in Florida, tied in Arizona and within a point in Texas. CBS News director of elections and surveys Anthony Salvanto spoke to CBSN's Tanya Rivero on "Red & Blue" about where Biden is seeing gains. My grandfather would have said "this is a case of putting the cart in front of the horse. The virus is the horse, the economy is the cart, and the cart driver is pushing the horse on the backside trying to get him to push the cart. You have to put things in order. Solve the virus and put the horse first and the cart will follow. Get a cart driver that knows the order to move both. You need to do everything in order.

States reopened because the residents of those states were anxious to get back to work. Many of their governors were saying no and the President Tried to help by getting advice from the experts. The people in said states that chose not to follow those guidelines have know one to blame but them selves. As far as the convention he can have even more attendees virtually.
