This made my day! Full suction back! Amazing, Thanks!!! Though the brush has stopped spinning, the suction has returned like when it was New, maybe I need a new brush part, but sometimes it starts to work by manually pushing it but stops again when hitting the floor.

One way that would be really helpful to keep my vacuum maintained would be if Hoover.co.uk would allow for mail formats besides just UK. If I could order parts easily from the site for my machine instead of someone having to order it for me then bring it to me in Portugal, where I purchased it.

There is an issue with the rubber valve a lot of what you vacuum gets held up inside barrel then just falls to the floor seems to be a design flaw?

Anyone else had the battery lose a lot of its charge time after a year or so? Have been doing all the things listed in this video for about 8 months so it's not that. Battery only lasts 10 minutes now. Poor

Although my Hoover is fully charged, when using it with the stick, it won’t work. Customer services over the phone last year explained to me how to clean something and I can’t remember where on the stick. I know how to clean the brush. I know it’s the stick cos the Hoover will work with other attachments. Hopefully someone will know. It’s the weekend and so I can’t phone them! Thank you in anticipation.

Horrible customer service in Spain forced me to replace the entire product after "infinity email war" and useless answers. I do not recommend this wireless vacuum at all.
