For the sound quality, we have to remember that the adlib have 30 y/o caps. With better caps, it will probably sound much better than in this video. Great video ^^ My AdLib is still going strong in my tandy 1000 sx :3

Excellent choice of music for the time lapse. Just once before I die, I would love to hear the Adlib Gold soundtrack being played on a real Adlib Gold card with the chorus and reverb effects. I have heard recordings, but they don't always sound the same, especially after compression.

I support the OPL2LPT natively and have to say: even on a 486, using protected mode, it works flawlessly.

I only face issues when the processing of a frame takes too long - maybe I should move more code into my interrupt handler...
