SQL command line Tutorial 1 ( Connect to Oracle SQL and Unlock)

Have to accept license and download it .
After finishing installation go to command prompt and write down:

c:
cd..
cd..
sqlplus / as sysdba
alter user hr identified by hr account unlock;
