There’s 3 reason

1: it may be a real blank Quran

2: people use a blank quran with outlines that are not really clear :and btw it’s a blurry camera you probably can’t see the small outlines

3: it’s probably fake or photoshop

So since I’m a Muslim I’ll tell you what happens if the Quran is blank so if the Quran is blank this mean it’s is judgement day and you will not be able to read Quran so this is why Quran pages are blank in judgement day
