NAMM 22: Dreadbox - Treminator Stompbox

Always a pleasure to see Yiannis, and today he gave us a look at one of his new guitar stompboxes.

The Treminator is a flexible analogue tremolo based on OTAs, with 5 waveforms including random, and its lfo can go very very slow (20 seconds) or very fast (20 hZ) for ring mod effects, and there's a tap tempo for quick speed setting. It can also listen to incoming signals giving envelope following fade in, fade out and speed control over the tremolo. There's also CV and VCA in and CV out so you can send your LFO anywhere.

I have the Lethargy (the purple one) and it is AMAZING! Dreadbox knows their stuff ... the LFO's go WAAAY into audio rate and beyond! It's like each pedal comes with a free Ring Mod! 😅👍

Still trying to find out if I could use an expression pedal on the Disorder filter. That would be insane! It's already an insane pedal, but that would make it go to 11 😄

I love this company but I don't understand how people are still expanding in the pedal market. It's such a super saturated market. Has everyone just taken up buying a new pedal each month? lol
