For me I got the HTC and the Z51 options and opted for a lower interior option. But I did get the rear view camera.

You should have mentioned the discount at the Ron Fellows Driving School for new car buyers at Spring Mountain when talking about the museum delivery option. For a grand it includes meals and a place to stay for 2 days and a C8 to learn and practice on as long as you do it within one year of your purchase.

You are quite correct. The Z51 package, which many owners want (but don’t need), is a complete waste of money unless you plan on seriously tracking your car. If you do intend tracking your car then the Z51 package becomes a need. Very well done video. Keep up the good work.

Great point I ordered my 2022 2LT base model with front end lift . I don’t drive track so it’s non Z 51 . Saves me some money.

I have my 2022 C8 ordered and ready to build (confirmed order) and I found your recommendations spot on and I am fortunate to have ordered the LT2 with all of your recommended options. My dealer also strongly suggested the battery protection package for $100 stating that it was virtually impossible to access the battery and the $100 fee is well worth the savings if/when I need to service the battery.

As always, phenomenal job Brink. My build is exactly what you are suggesting. Only changes are no mag suspension, I don’t mind if it’s a little softer ride being an old man lol, and upgrading wheels.
I agree completely I was pushed from 21 to 22 and I actually don’t mind as I think that chassis looks much much better with the new low spoiler.
