Rust Installation

This video goes over installing Rust.

Note: Rust installation adds cargo to your PATH, but it adds it to your .profile file and not your .bashrc. If you have a .bashrc, then your .profile file will not be ran on terminal startup. So, you should add those lines to your .bashrc file. If not, the next time you open your terminal, you will not be able to use cargo.
