Yes love this video, as a girl with type 4a low porosity hair, deep conditioning with my hooded dryer has been game changer. I use my Mielle rosemary and mint deep conditioner under a my hooded dryer on med heat for 30 minutes and my hair is so soft and moisturized after. I also don’t prepoo but I run my hair under warm water while gently separating tangles and finger detangling. Doing this helps the water soak up into my hair and water rehydrates the hair. And the tangle teaser I use to and it is bomb.
