Thank you for addressing this. This is like the time weren't aware of the cancerous effects of cigarettes. I broke my phone one time and it put me in a position to have to think and do other things. That day I was feeling all depressed and lathargic and didn't know why. I decided to workout. By the next day, my mind became way more clear. I had amazing sleep the night before. I suddenly didn't feel the anxiety that there's something in the back of mind, (the need to check my phone), and suddenly my cognition was through the roof. Phones are killing our cognition and memory, and they're making us so A.D.D.

Sorry Scott but I'm not a fan of the intro. You seem like a humble guy but the intro is rather vain and too long. As for the interview, it's a nice touch of social conscious that I agree with completely, but the interview itself should be it's own separate segment. Your usual format is best in its animation, information, and succinctness.
