You're lack of fear in sporting shoulder hair, the refusal to shave, the proudness of the display, you've won my heart and mind

The way you talked about failing felt so genuine and more motivating than any other video. Then you stil didn't give up and wanted to complete the challenge, what a chad!

For the last month, I've been on a strict cut, counting every single calorie, with no sugary snacks and junk food, but I failed last night and relapsed. But I'm not gonna let that take me down. Just keep moving forward.

what you said about “inner voices” is very true, I started doing a dopamine detox, and spent the day studying. After a while I started to not deal with my inner self anymore and I started to feel sad. I couldn't stand being alone with my mind and I relapsed. I'm now returning to the challenge, but I know this happens to other people too and I'm not alone.

When I went through Marine corps bootcamp I basically did a dopamine detox. 3 months of no music, bland food, no "corn", and no electronics at all. I used to repeat music in my head near 24/7 and would talk with others for hours about all the foods we were going to eat after we finished. That first song after so long of not hearing music was incredible, legit teared up listening to it. My first 'real meal' was Popeyes (my favorite fast-food place) and was unbelievably satisfying. I felt such a rush eating that first piece of chicken. Dopamine detoxes are the real deal and while I've gotten back to pre bootcamp levels this video has me thinking I should do one again.

Honestly man, I really needed this video. I've been struggling with Dopamine since I was 12 and been trying to break free, I think I'll try the 1 month challenge. Thanks for the motivation as always, and you got the 1 million easy this year bro.

Dude this video was incredible. I’m 23 years old and have been on a great journey finding mental clarity and while it has its ups and downs a video like this really puts a real glimpse into what detoxing or cutting out bad addictions can do.

23 year old here! Very inspirational, and great timing. I deleted all my social media a week ago and plan on keeping it that way, also trying to cut down on the other Dopamin-Traps.
All i can say to you guys is, this shit is an Pandemic in our generation and it truly helps to abstain, or better keep it in moderation, for example; i did Semen Retention in 2020 for a whole year and i was never as productive and feeling as good in my own skin than during that period. Also im proud of it until this day, sometimes you may relaps but at least try to not masturbate!!!💯

This made me feel better about myself, I don't have social media, I don't watch TV, and I hike every week. I do however have a big caffeine and preworkout addiction. Anyway it made me realize I'm doing better than I thought.

This is the only “motivational” self growth channel I’ve ever watched that at the end of the video I actually do the shit you’re telling me to do in the video
Started eating better and going to the gym
Feeling great
Time for the dopamine detox😎 let’s see how far we can go

I absolutely love how you explain creating/implementing this routine without it being a daunting task by saying everytime you feel like you have failed, you haven't and to push yourself to go longer the next time.

Dude, so based. I recently quit social media and sugar, at first it was so fucking hard, but after a couple weeks I started realizing how amazing it was. Its crazy just how much easier it is to have conversations and be in the moment without wanting to scroll through your socials, and I have so much more energy not eating junk. Next step is cutting down my music intake, nut busting, and caffeine.

I’ve actually gone two months with no processed sugar! It’s actually not that hard because I’ve been struggling with eating habits so many times. So I think this time around as a 19 year old female I finally feel free enough to actually get better. Struggling with mental issues and overcoming self hate everything is possible! Surrendering yourself with people who have the same values also helps!
