I remember back in 83 when this came out. It is now 2021, I'm 46 and I'm still listening to this song. It never gets old for me

I went to Howard University. A predominantly black college in DC. This song got prime radio airtime back in the day!! Mad props to these guys and this sweet music!! Soulful, rhythmic, uplifting & heartbreaking at the same time, nostalgic, timeless, and sooo smooth!!

I'm 52. I remember this song on the radio. Still can't get enough. Nothing like this exists today.

I was 26 years old when this song came out in 1983. I was married that year and gave birth to my first child. What a great year that was! I miss you 80s! This much is true. 💋

Gen X here born in 75. I absolutely cherish the music and talent of the 80s. I consider myself blessed to have grown up listening to the music this era.. Nothing else compares.

Not many people realize this song pays tribute to Marvin Gaye, and in such a beautiful subtle way

God I love this song. I'm now 75 years old and does it bring back some great memories. When I hear songs like this I often think how great it would be to go back and correct some of the bad turns that I made with my first marriage. RIP ALMA.
