⬇️I have tested this multiple ways now and it DOES work better for me with a primer and by gently pressing the foundation between my fingers THEN applying with fingers and pressed out with a sponge. I am still put off by the baby spit up consistency and I'm not a fan of applying with my fingers, but overall I think its worth a try.

If it’s anything at all like Chanel water tint - you must burst the particles before you spread it. I use my hands to apply - but I treat it like a serum where I squirt some on my fingertips, rub my finger tips together to warm it and spread it - then I put it on the face. That works like a charm for the Chanel. Might be the same case for cover girl. I just ordered this and will try the same method. You can also use a blending brush and it does the warming and breaking the ampules for you. That’s why I think your sides were so different

Hey Riri!! I'm back on here....I really had a hard time dealing with the death of my Dad for over 2 years and I've really missed you and the other girls on here. Now, Mama's in Stage 5 kidney failure so I had to move to help take care of her. I've gotten alot stronger (mentally) and things aren't looking good at all with her. This will help take some stress off of me which I've been doing really good on that and everything else too. I bought this too! I too bought the wrong shade. And I think the brush is better than hands and you really do not need too much. I like the lightness of it. Will try with a primer to see if it comes out even better. 😁

Hi beautiful, this definitely sounds right up your alley but it is pricey for drugstore. I’m a less is more beauty too but ad you know I’m oily combo. 😂 at the texture grossing you out. I totally agree. Nothing is flawless but too bad it is looking thick & emphasizing the pores. I have pores so that’s not good. Okay. Good thing the brush worked better. 😂 I spray & use the sponge too. Definitely the brush side better & 4 out of 5 is a win. Love the eyes too. FW & have a great day

I have an aversion to using my fingers for base application. I would be interested in this product for the light coverage aspect but am worried it would not work well with a brush or sponge. I appreciate your honest review!!!
