Surprising a SUBSCRIBER With the Trip of a Lifetime

We had a huge giveaway not too long ago. We were coming up on 300,000 subscribers and decided to celebrate with a huge giveaway. The winner is Tuomas Tolsa from Finland. He is 21 years old, and has never experienced a michelin star restaurant before in his life.
I decide to surprise him with a Michelin Star dinner at my restaurant.

I've been a chef all my life, worked at every place you can imagine, from school cafeterias to Noma at it's peak 2014, and now I'm running a kitchen to feed the homeless in my hometown of Gothenburg Sweden. The awe of michelin stars seems to fade with age for me. But this video really warms my heart deeply in ways I cannot describe. I love your channel and your work. Keep it up. Love from Sweden.

Having done business in Finland (from the US - Semiconductors) for over 10 years (back in the 90s), it is such a pleasure to see that Tuomas, while remaining quintessentially Finnish, seems to show that the newer generation of Finnish citizenry has become more comfortable being outwardly open.

I absolutely loved all of the time I spent in Finland and the Finnish people but their very reserved culture took some getting used to. The only way to get them out of their shells was to get them drunk. It was like meeting a completely new person.
