Monovine is a rock band from Athens, Greece, formed in 2008.
Since then they've played in various festivals and stages and toured all over Greece multiple times. They're well known for their intense performances.
Their music sounds like you and me, raw and hungry with sweeping guitars, mercilessly beating drums and contrasting lyrics that waver between search/idleness, creativity/self-destruction, denial/acceptance.
They've released 2 studio LP's: Cliche (2011 – Inner Ear) and Swallow (2014 - Independent release).
Currently, they're preparing their third studio LP: D.Y.E (2017).
