GIS Day @ UGA celebrates an international event which showcases GIS applications in various contexts. With the circumstances of COVID-19, we are operating in a mostly virtual manner, with emphasis on the variety of ways GIS is, and can be, incorporated in everyday life. We aim to engage students in multiple interactive activities including panel discussions, student led presentations, a live drone demonstration, and a map contest!
Join us on November 17,18, & 19, 2020, to see how GIS technology is used in research, outreach and teaching on- and off-campus!
