Never built your house during a hurricane…Wait until the hurricane has pass to start building…

You can not rebuild until the war is completely over, or implement a military deterrent to guarantee stability and peace.

How much money and munitions this guy will need to rebuild. The whole country is devastated. Zellensky needs to put his ego away and stop shooting back at those annexed territories. The war will stop. And also the United States and the West must stop sending weapons to Ukraine.
Ukraine is on a life support machine, which is the United state, once disconnected it’s over.

It's not about how much it costs, but it's about whether they have the materials to build. You can duplicate money, but resources can't.

The irony is that, here in the UK, more and more families are doing without electricity. Housing? Repairs? We need that over here too.

borrow for military equipment, borrow for rebuilding... When will actually OTAN declare that the country has to be divided between all the countries that financed it for the war? I am just wondering on how in earth Ukraine will pay back all this money? They want to be part of Europe but can Europe actually afford to have another country with such huge debts as part of it without collapsing itself? I believe that after the war, all the resources passing through Ukraine will simply belong to all the countries that financed the war, not the Ukrainians themselves. But if that's the case, could we still speak about democracy and freedom of a sovereign country or would we speak about a cleaver colonisation?

Civilians and children always suffer the most in wars. Parents bury their children and cities need rebuilding 😢.

give Ukraine 18 billion next month they will be asking for another 18 billion LMAO and the month after and the month after. Ukraine probably does not understand that some countries need money for their own citizens and for their own wellbeing. Give me give me give me Ukraine lol

I'm sorry but Ukraine has a corruption problem and it would be counterproductive to give the government a check because one cannot say if the money would reach where it's supposed to go.

I apologize to any logistics personnel I ever bad mouthed while I served. Seeing Russia fail to keep their troops supplied in a country right next to them make me realize our guys back home doing their job.

Use the frozen assets from Russian oligarchs, that should at least cover some of it.

The Marshall plan was enacted in 1948 three years after the end of WW2 not while it was going on .

I thought that the sanctions was 'holding' about $650 Billion of Russian reserves. That could be used to help 'rebuild' Ukraine.
