same for all cars? (the 0.5 turns) - or does it depend on model or whether is has 'power steering' or the 'level' of power steering etc?

Yes useful to know, especially when your doing the parallel park. Do all cars have this 1.5 left turn + 1.5 right turn range ?

By dry steering do you mean steering when the engine is off or engine on with a neutral gear?
