one time like 5 years ago i ordered a drink at dutch bros (i think it was a mocha or something but the base was chocolate milk so that’s how it was rung up) and when i got to the window the guy hands me my drink while saying “heres that choccy milk” and he looked MORTIFIED. luckily that’s a relatively common phrase nowadays so i hope he doesn’t feel mortified anymore

I think I've heard of someone's brain fart escape that is in the top area of the list.
A guy went to order a soft taco, and his brain blanked and substituted soft with flaccid. It took at least 5 minutes for the workers to stop laughing. 😂😂😂😂

One time the cashier asked me for the name on my order and he was like “it doesn’t have to be your name” and on some level I knew that. But having it pointed out to me filled my head with possibilities. Too many possibilities to where I couldn’t decide what to have him call me. Eventually the guy got impatient so I just blurted out “Big Boy” and he looked at me and he said “I’m gonna do you a favor and not put that in. How about this: I’ll call you Big Papi instead.” And I went with it.
