— DIGITAL NOMAD GEAR: From macbooks to laptop tech gear, here’s our minimalist packing list as digital nomads in Europe.
— YOUTUBE + CAMERAS: Our DJI Osmo Pocket, GoPro camera, and iPhone are the stars of this show. One upgrade worth the money: a microphone.
— DATA + WIFI: Where would we be without our wifi hotspot? Not traveling, since won’t travel without this tech travel essential any more!
— CHARGING + POWER: You can’t visit Europe without a plug adapter. Our travel adapter has both regular plugs and USB ports too. Oh, and don’t miss our genius travel cord organizer tips ;)

I’ve been super happy with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Several years ago I cautiously switched over from traveling with my large Nikon digital camera to just using my iphone camera and I couldn’t be happier. If I ever travel specifically for photography then I’ll take my Nikon, but the freedom of not having to lug the large camera equipment is wonderful. I even invested in an online iphone photography class to ensure I understood how to capture the best photos and videos that I possibly can with my iphone. Totally worth the investment. the fact that you guys use what you use for your vlog makes me totally happy!

I love that rucksack! I’m pleased to say that I have some of the stuff that you gave me- like the rode mic, the anker charger and an iPhone - I currently have the 13 pro which takes great photos and video (but currently won’t connect to my mic 🤦‍♂️)

Lots of my serious YouTube friends swear by the dji osmo pocket and a couple have got the 3 which they love. (Certainly beats a big DSLR type doesn’t it?)

Yey! Another iPhone mini user! I've never known anyone else but myself choose the mini lol. I got the iPhone 13 mini earlier this year. It was my upgrade from the iPhone 7 so I noticed a MASSIVE difference.

I recommend using Google Fi as your phone carrier if your home base is United States. Use their plan that includes international travel and you are good to go in most countries automatically for calls and data, and you have a hot spot as well.
